Public website content is informational. It is not a quotation, contractual offer, certification, warranty, or commitment to supply. Only a document issued by an authorized White Hand Global LLC representative under applicable written terms may create a company commitment.

Document verification limits

A confirmed result means the submitted credentials match a WHG-controlled registry record and, when a PDF fingerprint is supplied, whether that fingerprint matches the registered file. It does not validate third-party statements, government requirements, product fitness, or acceptance by any agency. A revoked, superseded, expired, unmatched, or unconfirmed result must not be relied upon.

Brand and content rights

The White Hand Global LLC name, logo, Rising Vector design, website composition, and original content are proprietary company assets. No license is granted to copy, modify, sell, impersonate, or use them to suggest affiliation or authorization. Government works and third-party marks, where referenced, remain subject to their respective rights.

Permitted use

You may use the public verifier only to evaluate documents you are authorized to possess. Attempts to bypass access controls, enumerate records, disrupt service, upload malicious material, or misrepresent a result are prohibited.
