Scope

This notice describes the public White Hand Global LLC website and document-verification service. It does not describe the separate authenticated WHG Cortex environment.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, your email provider and ours process the information you choose to send. Do not send classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, passwords, or other restricted material through the public website or ordinary email.

Document verification

The verifier receives the Document ID and Access Code you submit. If you select a PDF, the browser calculates a SHA-256 fingerprint locally; the PDF itself is not uploaded. The fingerprint is sent for comparison with the registered fingerprint and is not written to the verification-event log. The event log records the Document ID, the verification outcome, whether a fingerprint was provided, and the event time.

Public results

Verification results are deliberately limited. They do not return quotation prices, customer contact details, or the source PDF.
